Investment philosophy

The ACATIS Europa Fonds UI (ACATIS Europe Fund UI) invests predominantly in equities from European companies that are selected based on traditional equity analysis (fundamental bottom-up analysis of various individual equities). The equities are intentionally selected according to classic shareholder value aspects.

Investments are made in companies that are undervalued according to at least one criterion, especially:
  1. Undervalued corporate value
  2. High earning power that is not reflected in the stock exchange price
  3. Higher-than-average distributions
  4. Neglected industries or countries
  5. Overrated crises
The ACATIS Europa Fonds UI is geared toward long-term capital gains and accepts short-term, possibly wide price fluctuations. In this respect, the fund is more suitable for aggressively minded, yield-oriented investors who want to exploit the medium- to long-term opportunities of European equity markets.

The fund was launched at investment class A1 for institutional customers and wealthy private clients.
