Investment philosophy

The investment philosophy of the ACATIS Aktien Global Fonds UI (ACATIS Equity Global Fund UI) is to aim for long-term capital gains. The fund managers follow the successful investment policy of Warren Buffett.

Warren Buffett is the most successful investor ever. He acquired his private fortune worth over $30 billion through calm, smart investing oriented to the long term. His joint investors became rich with him. We have transferred Warren Buffett's investment philosophy to the ACATIS Aktien Global Fonds UI.

In particular, the fund is meant to ensure long-term retirement provisions. Investment decisions that are made are kept for the long term, price fluctuations are accepted, and earnings are reinvested.

The investments are made mostly in companies with the following characteristics:
  1. Better-than-average and steady growth in earnings
  2. Yield-oriented use of shareholders' capital
  3. Current stock exchange price opportune for purchase
In individual cases, we will also take on "turnaround" candidates for which we are confident that earnings will jump in the foreseeable future.
